Day to day financial management / banking transactions are administered by Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, assisted by volunteers – retired bank officials.

Books of accounts are maintained diligently and, are audited every year and placed before the Board of Trustees for approval. Thereafter, the relevant returns are submitted to the Income Tax Department as per statutory requirement.

Staffing

The Goshala is managed by a dedicated team 7 staff members, residing at staff quarters attached to the Goshala. The team is headed by a Veterinary Doctor, assisted by four caretakers with agricultural background and competent in looking after dairy animals. Remaining two persons are allotted with the work of maintenance of garden, green grass, general upkeep, etc.
